My Special Advice to future candidates Very much toxic Management specially Charu Jain Toxic culture If U do not serve notice period u will be imposed Unnecessary Penalty whether the company has work for you or Not

You will be mentally harassed by the management and withhold your salary for not serving notice period if the person is not wiling to serve notice When you will depart office timings around 6 pm the management will call u at 6.00 pm sharp to exploit you

The company environment is very bad and management is also too much. When they hired you they told you your roles and responsibilities as per your profile but after 2 months they will give you any kind of work which is not in your profile. Even they don't know about HR policy and Process. They don't respect their employees. Mr. Mudit Goel and Mrs Charu Jain both are playing with candidate's career. If you don't do "Ji huzuri" of them then they will always shout on you and fire you without any specific reason or they start torcharing you to let their organisation. Please don't join this organisation is you want to grow your career.

I really appreciate the company culture and how supportive and collaborative everyone seems to be. Here project mangers are so supportive and they help you to learn new things to implement in the ongoing projects. You will get a chance to work on India's and Foreign different EPC Projects. If you are the one who getting the chance to work here then don't let it go my friend, join and enjoy working here, Thank me later. All the Best....!! Don't believe in negative feedback. Everyone's review and attitude towards any company or organisation depends on how they do there job. It's not fault of company.

As a GET I've learnt so many technical concepts here. Seniors and managers are always there for any query. Also worked on several projects which leads my technical skills as well also if I'm talk about the environment then it's full of learning environment here. Great to be here!
