Work culture is very good. This company is providing the very good job security to every employees.

Thers is no Cab facilities but there are also some good facilities provided by the organization. There is a bond of 3 years before which you cannot resign.

Worst experience , very bad condition of freshers int it . They treat freshers as the daily labour any iti or diploma can give order to an b.tech engineer also do partiality between the person came with all the process and the person with the reference .

Dislikes

Their management is nothing even the MD sir is good but the middle management will be responsible to shutdown the company.

AVL is my 4th company in total experience of 16 years. I have no hesitation to tell that this is the best organisation to work. The company has excellent work and life balance. It provides the huge opportunity of competency development and learning. Along with that job security is also fairly good specially in the high time.

So, employees get exposure to new technologies and hands on experience to work on that. Working culture is really awesome along with very happy and friendly work environment. Work and personal life goes very well together and company and higher level people also take this thing very seriously. Its really awesome place to work.
