...o comfortable seats and desk. No cafeteria. Poor lighting and air circulation. Salary not given on time. There has always been a delay of minimum of 2-3 days. Management not interested in listening to suggestions given by employee. Very poor management. No processes in place.

There are lot of thing to learn. Friendly environment which encourage to contribute more. You can get complete knowledge of SDLC.

Dislikes

Not able to maintain work life balance as there are lots of things are going parallel. But it's good to busy in early stage of career to get decent amount of knowledge.
