1. No policy, vary from individual to individual. 2. Partiality among employees 3. One person want to control the whole company with his 40 years old methods 4. Old technologies in use. 5. No proper training or planning before any development/assignment 6. QC is reponsible for all the mistakes 7. No value of experienced resources, treat them as a burden.

...ion hate policy. They wont allow any other person which is not belongs to Hindu. Everything CEO of that company make false promises regarding salary everything. Even they wont allow to eat non-veg in lunch time.

Everything dislikes only.. because of that, company did not grown much from past 15 years or 20 years.

...pilling mistakes in mail and he is doing that spilling mistake is the big issue. One big hidden issue is, they will tell bonus, but they consider that bonus march to march , they will in diwali time. March to nov 6 or 7 months they will calculate n give u. So that u will loose half bonus amount. That bonus amount is in ur package only they will include.That bonus amount u will get next year, if you still working there means.

Everything. That leaders n mangers won't take lunch with colleagues n their team mates. These people will feel like they are Lords. And director don't give relieving letter if he sent. Like means.he is person said, managers need to maintain distance from team mates.

When you will leave Organisation they give threats like we will not release that whatever you want go And also they blem to you fraud Because you have not followed their Commitment like stay more then 3 Please don't join such Company.

Ppl are sick over there so much politics. It's difficult for new joiner. Old employees didn't want you to stay there for long. They are bagging to you to leave company so they feel secure over there. Worst work environment.
