HR Team is not much supportive exit protocols are fine but behaviour towards employees who are leaving the organization is not good.

Good Place for freshers to grow, explore and polish there profile experience. All senior employees are very cooperative and helping nature.

Work life balance is there but sometimes employees need to extend there work hour, even during weekends team has to work without compoff.

Best companies to work if you have less than 3 years of experience. The learning and career growth possibilities are immense. You are rewarded on your performance. Increment is excellent if you perform well. At present, you will get to work from scratch on a lot of things as Adaptive Autosar is still in development.
