Because work environment is very poor. Partiality during growth of employment. Health issues due to steroids production. No such safety protection against steroids.

Company Top management like MD/Chairman is very experienced and good but the the works management you say factory at vapi is full of politician and jealous person .They can play at any extent at any cost. They never think for the development of organization .They think for only their self. But there are some people who are honest and keep relations with their job and they are thrashed by the corrupt seniors, because they do not fit in their frame.

Middle management is very terrible.They do not respect the knowledge and experience of person.Site head play a politics of silverspoon policy.When ever any qualified person join they feel insecure and start to harash so that they leave the concern.It was also happened with me.

there is no respect of performance.
