I dislike that there seems to be limited growth opportunities and that the salary increments are not as competitive as expected.

Great work environment and ethical culture. Approachable management, fair appraisals and industry leading policies.

Dislikes

Decent salary but a bit slow career growth ; however that depends on the calibre of employee. Union is by and large supportive though sometimes their involvement leads to bottlenecks /delays in work execution.

...ereria and gaming arcade for chilling company polices are good appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year

There is a lot of plotics and the mangement dosen't address our issues salary is decent but career growth is slow there is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign on the job trainning is not given to new joinees

The company is open to innovative and readily adopts latest technology. I love the fact that i am a part of a team that markets reliablr high quality product.

Compensation ia decent. The work pressure is very tight. Iattend supplier call after duty time off.

...in taste doesn't matter for me. 2. Very good medical and insurance policies. 3 Salary on last date of month. 4. Best company for girls and womens who wants to stay for long in Bangalore.

1. Too much partiality and politics. 2. No salry growth. 3. Mostly girls are appreciated by team lead and manger. 4. Humble request to programmer not join in this company , because for programmer only work is copy from excel and paste into a tools which is responsible to save the data with validation. 5. There is no appriciation even you work hard unless you follow team lead or some of chela of team lead. 6. Most of the famous soft company directly say we dont hire Avey Dennison employee.
