Everything is urgent even nothing important, last minute request, not only urgent, everything is super duper urgent. Feel like we are Working in war zone.

One of the pathetic management staff and work environment. Generating fake invoice not making provisions to build debtors high too get loan from the bank .

It's the worst nightmare working there. There is no country manager to look after the company, and everyone else thinks they are the boss. Ofcourse the CEO is a visionary and Averda in other countries is not this toxic as Averda Qatar. The BD Manager is narcissist and is extremely double faced. You will get fired if ever give a constructive feedback, personal grudges and a psychotic person. Unfortunately anything to do with sales is looked after him. And the HR will gang up against you and character assassinate you, he and his team of people are a complete joke. This is entirely what the place is all about. Kindly please DO NOT waste your future by working for this company.

In my 12 years of experience of working as an IT professional with eminent organizations, my tenure at Averda was the best and most memorable owing to it's being very employee centric company. The work culture is amazing allowing employees to have good work opportunities, career growth opportunities, work-life balance and a very understanding, approachable and open-minded management who is seeking ways to develop their employees and provide them with job satisfaction. Employees get due recognition and appreciation for their work. I wish Averda great success for all times to come!

I don't like to work with Averda ,Pakistani management only supporting Pakistani workers ,showing racial discrimination to other workers except Pakistani workers.
