A former company of mine, Aatman Innovations, had lied to me about its paid leaves. Avenues was truthful about its paid leaves. 7. Aatman was exploitative, with a very very rude and abusive senior management. Avenues was not like that. Aatman provided no detailed training to me regarding my expected work. Avenues did train me about the work they expected me to do. 8. The HR manager was a helpful woman.

Dislikes

1. Very gossipy colleagues, who pitied me for working there. 2. Misandrist (man-hating) conversations between some employees. 3. The conduct of the very young boss was bizarre sometimes.

During lockdown company has strongly support us and help to maintain employees financial stability by giving salary on time and further company has done great work while establishing network while all employees are doing work from home
