Experience - 5.9 Tech - React.js CTC- 13LPA Current company - TCS Offer in the process - Nagarro (19LPA) My LWD is 24th May, but I told Nagarro I can be released in 30 days. Now, should I: 1. Be honest and say I can join on 25th May? 2. Commit to 25th April and request a DOJ extension later?(By telling them some emergency) Q1). If I choose option 1, is there a risk they won’t release the offer?(As I am being hired for a particular project, so will they go for some immediate candidates?) Q2). If I choose option 2, could they revoke the offer?(As the HR told changing the DOJ in released offer letter is not possible

Appraisal are very low. Management team is worst . 24% of your monthly salary is deducted as Pf deduction , as per the govt rules 12 % out of 24% is to be paid by the company but in the case of Avenues total 24% us deducted from our hard earned salary. HR manager is the worst.

Project or civil department is the worst department in this company specially estimation department ruled a unpractical person.This man forcefully order to do work for every saturday which is every saturday is off as per company policy.
