...tika who in actual is Gurpreet so they create fake Id's and also fake employees. Now let's come to there working policy the Office starts at 9:30 am in the Morning and if you will come at 9:31 you will be marked Half Day and they will deduct the Salary. The logout time of the Day is 6:30 pm but you will never be allowed to go at that time it stretches to 7/7:30/8/8:30 pm everyday. Also if you will not be able to serve 4 CV target(which you will never achieve because they have pathetic position and client) you will be Marked Absent straight away. And if you got any Shortlisting this is not by your Hard work this is by Luck (tukka tha laag gaya). They will Offer you with the Salary you want let it be 30 k or 40 k but as I told above they cut your salary in huge like if It's 30 k they will give 20 k or so and will say you were late....you didn't gave CV and all those stuffs. Also if you will not give CV they will ask you to come on Saturday. Now Comes to there favorite dialogue: They say they are running corporate office but will address you with cheap taunting tone "MADAM" , in every little mistake they will say "ESCALATION", ISSUE THE PIP" "ISSUE THERE TERMINATION LETTER" and biggest treat warning they give is "YOUR SALARY IS ON HOLD" and they actually holds it. They are least bother about the employee health they will make you sit Infront of AC and say (thand laag rahi hai pack your bags go home). They both are so dramatic people they will act they both are fighting and leave for there home respectively and ask us that pack your bag find new job and leave without any prior notice and then mail that you have not answered the call hence we are terminating you. This is all pre planed game. Suggestion : If you actually wants to run your Company where you will employees commitment and loyalty learn to respect your employees . We are not slave of yours we are here to work . Also Mr Amit Anand learn to talk to your female staff and stop doing this drama that you are very spiritual doing pooja and all bro you are not spiritual person so stop doing acting. I know now your ego will get hurt and you will try to find out who I am you can waste your time I don't care. Guys I am writing this review as I have worked in this Organization for 3 month and left in January by putting down my papers. According to there policy 90 Days is the FNF policy . It's almost 4 month now they have not paid me with the salary after multiple mail reminder. So I thought it's the right time to Expose them so that no other person fall's into this Trap. FOLDING HANDS TO EVERYONE DON'T GO TO THIS ORGANISATION AND WASTE YOUR TIME AND FUTURE.

... evidences, Which show how one was treated at the organisation. Starting from 1.) Unwanted salary deductions + no payslips 2.) Recordings of the manager talking and shouting like it's her home. 3.) Recordings of Sitting till late because the director had asked us to stay because targets were not completed. This is exploitation of employee. 4.) Written evidences from the past employees of the company which proves that the things and the allegations are not wrong. 5.) The "sourcing head" using some other organisations pictures and claiming it to be her organisation celebration over WhatsApp. This is not correct as per law and I have that company officials with me. 6.) I have all the necessary screenshots of myself sending the updates to director where he asked us to do the office boy chores(getting the glass cleaned) watering the plants and etc. 7.) Not the last one but my improper buyout+ fnf + incentive statement. Humble request guys! These guys are nothing but scammers is the right words. Don't fall in trap of Amit and Gurpreet. Purely running a fake organisation.
