Cannot stress enough on its toxicity. I'll be more happy even if it helps atleast one person by staying away from this company. This company is a breeding ground for toxic politics and a nightmare for employees. The HR department is overworked and underappreciated, constantly caught in the crossfire of internal conflicts. Forget about work-life balance. Mandatory office attendance for five days a week is a relic of the past. Prepare to have your time in and out tracked like a prisoner. Flexibility is a foreign concept here. And don't even think about leaving easily; the 90-day notice period is a trap to keep you hostage.The company boasts about offering opportunities to learn niche skills, but it's all smoke and mirrors. There's no real investment in employee development or providing the necessary resources to put these skills into practice. Don't be fooled by the inflated 4 and 5-star ratings on Glassdoor. Those are undoubtedly written by employees under pressure to boost the company's image. Trust me, the reality is far worse. If you value your sanity and career growth, steer clear of Aventra.
