I’m 27, I’m looking for Career transition
Hello ,I hold bachelor degree in mechanical engineering 2019. With 4.5 yoe in Total 1)Associate product compliance engineer - 1.5 years 2)Currently working as Project engineer (compliance). 3 years I see no growth in my current company and current role.so I’m looking for career shift,high growth and good package. Skills 1) Environmental compliance(REACH,ROHS,..) 2)Basic networking OS,Linux basic, Aws cloud 3) SAP MM (in progress) 4) Project Management (self preparation from PMBOk) I’m confused between sap mm consultant and project management I’m getting difficult to choose,Which would be great choice according to my background and high pay, stable job Can anybody recommend which domain /role is good for career transition! I’m looking for career shift Help will be appreciated. Current role Project engineer handling projects related to environmental compliance. FYI

They are very cheating people, I am working from 1 year 4 months till now they are not credited the PF and Incometax, both are deducted from my salary but not credited to my PF account, no active response, last 2 months salaries still pending, worst organisation that i come across in my 20 yrs experience

Not even a single positive thing i can say about Avenir digitial solutions, very lazy people to respond, Till now they dont have the Offices premises, whatever the address mentioned in the offer letter no office is their in the name of AVENIR,
