The learning curve is steep in Avendus for most of the employees. The office is also very cool and there is a lot of emphasis on employee welfare and satisfaction.

Appraisals have been extremely disappointing. The work culture can be better - though it depends on which team you work with. Better to get feedback of your manager from the current/past employees before joining.

In the absence of a proper HR personnel in Delhi office, everything is managed by 1 person who is very biased towards her group of 3 people and adds unnecessary pressure in others, forcing them to quit.
