The learning curve is steep in Avendus for most of the employees. The office is also very cool and there is a lot of emphasis on employee welfare and satisfaction.

Appraisals have been extremely disappointing. The work culture can be better - though it depends on which team you work with. Better to get feedback of your manager from the current/past employees before joining.

Nothing. Most toxic place on earth to work for. MD will suck the life out of you shout at you in every conversation.

Apart from 1-2 teams, team culture is largely a problem with a lot of toxicity, office politics, and a general treatment of juniors as a replaceable resource.

In the absence of a proper HR personnel in Delhi office, everything is managed by 1 person who is very biased towards her group of 3 people and adds unnecessary pressure in others, forcing them to quit.

Work life balance, Biased policies towards employees, Company Culture (though they boast they have the best), Leadership skills in CXOs,
