Salary on time. Office environment is nice.

Dislikes

Too much politics in office. It doesn't matter you work good or not, you will get promoted if you know politics. The Higher management is very reluctant about that. Work pressure is enormous. The company takes 3 times the work w.r.t the employee strength they have and then the employees have to take the pressure for it. The above mention situation some time gets better and gives us hope that this will get stabilised but after 2-3 months we comes back to the same situation.

Brilliant and enthusiastic people. Unlimited growth opportunities in all aspects including knowledge, experience and financial compensation wise.

Nothing to dislike as of now! Not getting any goodies from company on festivals, new year, etc.

...nce. Very much supportive during the Pandemic situation and allows WFH Policy. On-time salary. Brainstorming sessions are held every week to discuss some new topics or to share knowledge regarding some new learning experiences during the week.

Dislikes

Some projects have Hard Deadlines, so it may be difficult to deliver an effective AR Experience to the clients. Other than that, I am having a great learning experience in this organization.

This company doesn't know how to respect a person or how to treat a fellow human being. even after 3 rounds of interviews which went on for 2 and half months! they hire around 25 -30 people for every batch. giving hope that you are selected. abusing the trainee without hesitations, no proper explanation why your model gets rejected. very rude ''so-called trainer''. at the end of 3 months training they hire only 1 from these many. to a company like this just hire a person with 3 -4 years of experience and just move on. don't waste precious time of freshers and give a negative shade to this industry! I've discussed with all my co trainees about this all felt the same

Usual working hours is minimum 12-14 hrs Nobody acknowledges public holidays and weekends The tech work is laborious and delivery deadlines are always unrealistic Work culture is so frustrating and chaotic that many employees have left within 3 weeks of joining the company There is serious mismanagement Company has no clear vision Executive management is untrustworthy While hiring they lure candidates by saying that they will get opportunity to work in cutting edge technology but in reality the work involves changing icons and matching colors 12 hrs a day
