The company is characterized by a deeply toxic work culture. Employees face harassment, ridicule, and constant threats, including being pressured to resign or leave. The environment fosters an atmosphere where making derogatory comments about colleagues and their families is common, contributing to an overall sense of insecurity and distress among the staff. Bullying is rampant, and management fails to provide any support or accountability. Salaries are often delayed, causing further frustration and financial stress for employees. The manager, who should be leading and setting a positive example, is instead known for being unproductive, spending time idly eating and sleeping rather than fulfilling their responsibilities. Overall, the work culture is demoralizing and damaging, making it an extremely difficult place to work.

Dislikes

Bullying is widespread, and there is a complete lack of support or accountability from management. Salary payments are frequently delayed, adding to the frustration and financial strain faced by employees. The manager, who should be setting a positive example and leading the team, is instead notorious for being idle, spending time eating and sleeping rather than performing their duties.
