1. Good Infrastructure and Salary. 2. People are generally nice. ( HR and Registrar sir seem like good human beings) 3. Students are nice and intelligent. 4. My cabin was good and felt like home. 5. Colleagues were good.

Dislikes

1. Strict working hours. 2. Even the leaves we get in our slot won’t get approved when you need them the most. 3. If manager is behaving wrong with you it’s your luck and top management won’t be supporting or helping you. 4. Accommodation is not provided (you need to pay from your pocket so I was not able to save anything)

Likes

It provides a good working environment, the senior management s very supportive, everyday you get to learn a lot of things.

Dislikes

A bit away from the city, but good transportation facilities are provided by the Uni, hence not much of a problem.

the saturdays are off for faculty, bus from ujjain city is provided.

Dislikes

they never pay salary on time, I myself have not been given salary since past two months, there is way too much politics and back biting. They don't allow faculties to fail students on bad performance, rather portray it as the teacher's fault. zero accomodation available, even for people who come from outher cities. Rude behaviour and favourtism is practiced from the people on the top. Constant threats are given to cut salary if some work is pending.

...provide me international air fair to join university, but they didnt provide. They ask for joining in 01 May 2017 , so I left my International place on 30 April 2017, when I went for joining they said join on July 2017, I lost 2 month international salary money even, Avantika University also not provided May and June 2017 month salary. full cheating. Even, they promise to provide free accomodation, but at the time of salary, they cut all expence. Avantika university promise a lot but not provide anything. No appraisal !! love one state people only.

Avantika University is a very good university, the campus life is so wonderful and the culture is similar to MIT Pune. everything is good here. from infrastructure, people, working environment, students everything is perfect.
