Very bad... Culture. HR and MD are fool. MD has no sense of business... His planning is worst... No good team there. Job is not safe, and about almost who join without know the internal environment.. They lost and spare lot of time to serach another job and his families also bear the lot of problems even mental and financial both.

Very Toxic environment, Hr head is too cunning. For freshers this company is not good at all seniors usually here treat their juniors as a servant and they don't make you learn anything, Always demotivates and insult you like hell Unless you yourself give them resignation. Senior officials play dirty politics here with junior and treat them as a labour.

I would advise to be unemployed but not to join this company they will give lucrative offer and designation but terminate with no sense of humanity. this company has history of fire on the spot MD has blurred vision. if you value your career think multiple times .Zero integrity ,zero professionalism, Hire and fire culture.. all positive reviews are fake and done by internal flatters and boot lickers. Dont waste your time here. All designers and merchandiser . All advisors themselves are unprofessional..

perhaps i could write all negative words which can be there for any organisation..reckless decision making... you come under the influence of there sugar coated english during interview and bluff about there so called fake legacy. if you wish to join ,you would feel insecure next day. MD has no courage to stand by you during termination .Politics is rampant here. Abusive language use is order of the day... they have spoiled many careers with their dirty politics .Big No here

Avanti staff is very supportive also the ower of company is very cool n calm. Love the environment. As it is a manufacturing company labour work here is also very good which makes it over all environment very good.

Job security is not there. HR head is so rude n cunning person he can any time call you and ask for resignation. Do not give any warning or chance to explain things..fire you immediately. Upper staff politics is very disturbing for lower level staff.
