...ption at peak, Any person of. Any department can become head of any department No salary on time, in fact no fixed date of salary, and 2 months salary generaly lies with the company, no salary slips provided, have no HR department No safety at site ,in fact no safety department exists

Everything I dislike. Nothing to like here. No work-life balance. Directors wante report from you at night as well by 10 Pm he also very much confused with himself. All office looks like a fish market. Unnecessary workload has been given to the staff. Treated like a servant. 0 rating scale from director to manager. He is only into Social activities, nothing else. Kindly don't join this company you will leave the job within a week or maybe 2 days

Rapidity of growth of the Company, teamwork, strong bonding and good interpersonal relationship among the employees, a family like Company, a right place to learn in a vast in day to day basis from top management level, good working environment of working.

No such prominent disliking about working at Avant Group.

Work culture is improving here. I am working from last 5 years here so may good changes happened here in last 5 years. Its a growing company and all staff are very humble and respective here. Currently working as happy employee and many more years to go here.
