Like everything, there is no personal life, work environment is too bad, appraisal ke naam pe jeera, bonus ke naam pe shagun ka lifafe wla amount wo b account, there is no HR policy all is depend on mood, there is no yearly leave sheet, you cannot expect Provident fund facility, you will offer low salary scale.They have policy to complete 9 hours, if I reached office I am Highlighted person of the day but if due to some urgent work I need to stay longer at office there is no overtime or extra money but if you reached late office by 5 minutes you will count as short leave or half day. If there is negative stars I will happily give them. There's religion discrimination. They also interfere in personal life if some one suffered with family problem. If muslim Person have to go early for ramzan fast only for 30 days also he/she is come early at office in the morning there's some people in the office who bothered bcz that going home early. There's no respect of other religion. Hope that will find you helpful. If you are fresher prepare your mindset bcz you will enhance in work but in money you wi get some apprentoce amount
