Company take care of every aspect of the employee. During covid most of the company was deducting the salary but our company was giving the additional payment. Like leave inchasment and incentive. Salary and employee benefits are good in terms with the market trends

Dislikes

There is no work life balance. Managers are extremely aggressive and it is expected to work overtime and on weekends. There is no training or guidance from the seniors and the attrition rate is very high due to which there is no stability. The HR does not take cognizance of employees issues.
