...too. Systems are not mature enough. Maximum work is manual. Management is baise. Only pay comes on time

Good company as the director don't create pressure of work but is very flexible minded person, received salary on time.

The only thing that I don't like is they don't have off even for days like rakhi aur bhai duj or any other Indian festivals.

There is no work life balance. Managers are extremely aggressive and it is expected to work overtime and on weekends. There is no training or guidance from the seniors and the attrition rate is very high due to which there is no stability. The HR does not take cognizance of employees issues.

Avanse Financial Services Ltd is very good work environment and culture teammates and colliques are so supportive to me and the management is transparent. Company policies are good.

Really a good company.. Learn lot of things in the company. Salary is decent I have 1.5 years experience in the company

Company take care of every aspect of the employee. During covid most of the company was deducting the salary but our company was giving the additional payment. Like leave inchasment and incentive. During customer company has taken care of every employee. Being a sales driven company still company is working roster..
