Salary for Freshers are good and according to the market standard. Since it's a small scale company you will get to learn things much quicker and than other companies.

Dislikes

There is no Job security. Company decided to lay off 6-7 employee just because they were not getting enough Projects. If you decide to join Avalon don't join Consumer Insight Team. They have the worst work culture and seniors are not cooperative and very toxic. Micro managing is done to you and they will continously force you to work and behave according to them.

Nothing. Every colleague that I worked with is now at a leadership position in various companies. This shows how amazing the work environment is.

Have been blessed with a great mentor, who has trained me and has not only motivated me during work pressures but also encourages and helps maintain a healthy work life. Our Manager does let our management notices our team members' individual work. Our work get appreciated.

Opportunity to work on some good projects which involves travelling pan India and sometimes abroad. Good company to start your career with.

Dislikes

Company suffers from nearsightedness. The long term goal is unclear or its translation to the employees is not effective. Company operates at a cut to cut level. Job uncertainty has increased in recent times resulting in micro-management. Many employees have left due to this. 2017 has not started the way it should have, though things are recovering.
