...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

After my resignation they didn't give my bonus Hr. Mr. Suresh do this to all employees who left the organisation he is behaving like hitler

Production Manager Mr. Suresh and Hr Manager Mr. Suresh both people Harassing to employees and they both not provide bonus to employee if he resigned

I worked around 8 months only. It's green field project ,my working tenure productio had not started. During that time one GM was there, he was arrogant. Because of his arrogant approach l left from the company. Now he also not there. Now the name has changed as Hindustan Foods. At present I don't know about the culture. I worked with Avalon Cosmetics 10 years back.

No management, if you are Food tech student or any graduate they dosent care. operators behaviour is very rude. no top management. no work culture. negative mindset staff. dont waste time to these company. (Avalon Cosmetics ltd. Sinnar Nashik)
