Employee could learn, adopt & implement best practices on sector here. Senior management will give ample opportunity to polish your skills and appreciate it. Work culture is quite good as compare to peers in same sector. Coordination between the department is amazing here, as a result we commissions our projects before the timeline. Seniors are very knowledgeable and humble, one could learn from them.
