Avaada Work culture is pretty good they don't overburden employees. Also Salary and Appraisal is good

I think they should clarify some company policies and I think HR should do some kind of events for remote site employees.

Dislikes

...your life hell: No work life balance, No recognition, unnecessary work pressure. - Salary Disparity at its peak. You could be earning 10 lakhs at 5 years of experience and thinking you are well settled but at Avaada disparity will hit you like anything. Same education qualification, same tier college but person with less/similar experience might be earning double than you (Fact). As per my experience would not recommend to join Avaada at this stage of company's situation. (FY24-25)

Staffs are really good, good facilities are provided to everyone whether you're on payroll or on roll employee.

Dislikes

They don't provide reimbursement and allowances, getting vehicle is extremely tough from the admin as they always deny or make excuse.

Currently new but culture is too good. Not so much for learning. Seniors are good at site. Facilities are best

Dislikes

Corporate staff not supportive. HR person unknown for everything things. They are responsible for only hiring and deployment at site after that he will never contact to any new joinee.

The only good thing about company is there vision and mission and the field they are working

Zero skill development Zero work life balance The HR will not even reply your mails They will only hire you just as a manpower and not utilise your skills
