There is nothing good here that is why I left. I even heard that there is a new policy in which If you resign than you have to pay back all the bonus you were getting in the salary of past 6 months and also during notice period you will not be paid bonus.

Dislikes

Whole management is waste. There is a lot of pressure. Even some time they will force you to work on weekend without extra pay or comp off. You have to take US clients call after 10 PM IST without extra pay.

cheap and toxic enviornment. I'm hired as software Engineer intern here with 11 other interns. but instead of giving us training they waste our 2 months of training period, demotivate us & judge our potential as their own wish with full of discrimination. They even feel ashamed to accept reality, that's why they delete reviews from their site. And they think that by deleting reviews, they can hide their harsh reality. Truly a terrible & toxic company.

Overall, the unhealthy work Culture makes it a challenging environment for employees. if a zero rating were possible . i would have given that. if you have an offer from any other company, i highly recommend accepting it , as it would be a better choice for you.
