Strict timings, too much micromanagement, 80 people company, narrow deadline, no work life balance due to india and US time collaboration. No HR policy for employees, No onsite opportunity.

It has been an awesome experience working in AutoZone. The work culture is great and encourages innovation. The company has just started their GCC in India and have good growth plans. For those who do not know AutoZone, it is one of the Fortune 500 companies ranked 249 and has last reported turnover of over USD 17 billion.
