Only one plus point is salary on time.

Dislikes

- One person with its own EGO, they don't think about employees. - Environment is very negative, if they don't like you or you will not matching with them EGO, then you worst time is start. - They don't give you full salary as they mentioned in your previously (letter). - Senior Employees/Managers is having no respect there. - If you are fresher be ready to teach yourself because their is no same tech senior employee who can help you in development. (Be ready for teaching yourself from YouTube, Udemy, etc.), if you ask for the help they will tell you the same as I mentioned above. - No job security, if you don't fit in Ego. - No Work life balance. - No appraisal, If you are a fresher they try to extend your training period, After that if you are full time employee, they will not give you officially confirmation, as they tried to scam you, whenever you tried to leave them.

...ng positive to mention. No-Appraisals, toxic work culture,&poor work management. - Salary is always delayed, typically credited on 7th of each month. Constantly find ways to deduct salaries - They never confirm freshers as full-time on time & keep extending probation of all freshers on name of performance. -Think twice before joining! If you are a fresher or Full-time get ready to fire within few months, if they don't like you.

...h respect & also tell employees to put review to increase rating on ambitionbox. - If you try to leave, they attempt to scam you- weather through salary deduction or other unethical tactics. - Extremely negative & toxic work environment-definetly not a place for growth & learning. - No work life balance; you don't even time for your family. Even on alternate Saturday & Sunday off you will be working most of the time. - Taking leave is almost impossible, & if you do, you'll face abusive for it & no job security.
