... management is transparent. There is a cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling.Company policies are good, appraisal are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

It is a job that's it.it gives me salary that's it..there is no growth for people and more partiality in the organisation..this is the people voice

It is very big commercial, passenger vehicles dealer organization,as per company norms salary and incentives credited ,but no skill doveloped,job security also good

Salary increment and promotions so delay and some times don't reach Target we phase issues this thing is common every marketing business

Worst ever Company I have ever worked with. They always lack money when it comes to salary and also incentives. You will never get incentive. Once in a 6 months they will give incentive and it wont be more than 10k in total for all the months though you outreached the targets for all the months. All the deductions which has been done by somebody else will be deducted from your salary. No perks. If you want to join here, you are definitely wasting your time. Always giving fake promises to all people work there and everyone are frustrated. Full pressure. No perks. No improvement.
