Salary & Other perks is Good . Official Travel on Air / Train/ Road at Companies Cost.Career growth is Supportive. Job was quite Motivating & Remunation was Good. Internal politics were not Many. Work environment was encouraging & Responsible.

Overall the Top Management was Good. The employees welfare Measures in terms of Incentives , Appraisals were good. Leadership skills developed. Over involvement of Principal Companie State Heads in the Dealership Internal Management decisions Should be Minimised.

Worst ever Company I have ever worked with. They always lack money when it comes to salary and also incentives. You will never get incentive. Once in a 6 months they will give incentive and it wont be more than 10k in total for all the months though you outreached the targets for all the months. All the deductions which has been done by somebody else will be deducted from your salary. No perks. If you want to join here, you are definitely wasting your time. Always giving fake promises to all people work there and everyone are frustrated. Full pressure. No perks. No improvement.

Weak HR, Accounts and Admin High costs to run operations Politics is too much due to old employees Corruption at highest levels and missed integrity and loyalty to company. Also the top layer feeds information to decision makers making their vested interests protected.

Un ehthical Hr vertical they don't know our roles and responsibilities. Slowdown type working culture. No ay kind of learning in our carreer. Complete nepotism culture. No any one accepted the candidate who has to work in this organisation. Every reports every meeting every activity shows only paper not in reality.

The salary structure is very poor as per other sales showroom in comparison, They tell you you’ll be getting a raise after 6 months which they don’t give , ig all the departments get the same salary . The seniors are really arrogant some of them think they own the company which builds negativity and lack of confidence in the employee feels like getting bullied even some of the colleagues feel the same way .
