The company was really amazing till the time it was owned by Priya Dube and Mohit Dubey , because they really cared about the employee as family. They really managed the work life and made sure that everything is balanced .

Dislikes

The new management I worked in carwale for 4yrs 11months and I have seen both the phase of carwale with mohit and Priya making it feel like family and later Avijit Bhattachary, Rohit chouhan and Darryl Dissa made it worse for the people to survive as well. Not because I left the company but they made it worse to work .

The company allow you to show creativity in your daily work life they understand market and takes decision by listening your advice also you are your own booss good or bad your team member will help you to come out from tough situation Good for Freshers

Lack of communication gap between top end management. No incentive and growth opportunity is very limited.

Upper management is touch in group level employees and resolve problems on priority basis, if any.

Dislikes

They don't hire employees, who switch to their competitors but they should hire because they will also able to know the inner working culture and product of competitors.

The very fact that I love working with carwale.com os the culture this organisation shows us. Very friendly and helping people. A place to learn and improve. Kudos to HR team for maintaining such a pleasant work environment.
