After retirement from Indian Navy 23 yrs n joined ACGL goa as a Manager in bus production. Teammates were so cooperative n well trained supervisors n I was alone from south rest 250 employes are goans still manage n as a defence background having management n leadership qualities so I was not having any problems n worked happily in this collaboration. My reposibility was from shell line (welding line) , trim line, paint shop n clearance of bus (minimum12 per day )as per aspects n quality. For this i have to stay beyound my wprking time .I love the fact that iam a part of team in production ,maintenance dept n quality dept. As a result ,I get to travel various places for intracting and seeing high quality products

... growth is slow not that much as they think we are outsiders n more of politics. Seniors(HOD) never talk of growth for salary hike only known members they bring forward. The work pressure is very high. Sometimes,I have to work 14 -16 hours straight in a day for target of production of buses. Higher authorities never give importance to manager / snr manager for suggestions which is painful sometimes.

... working in specifically in production department as Front and Rear FRP section.salary Is good But It varies And It Is not So fixed. our system work is more user friendly.our development team is focusing on Innovation and Research .

Work culture very bad. No upgrade or growth and no any benifits for employees. Salary hike like nothing and promotion once in 6 years. No training. Food very bad.

Everything. Job culture is about passing responsibility on someone else, that means when you are new you are responsible for someone else's mistakes.No proper system of any kind in practice, only on paper.
