Company is full of politics. No PF facilities. Your salary hike totally depending on your manager not on your efforts/hard work. No extra hrs paid. No night shift allounce.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

worst management... no job security there... 3 years bond and they will not give you good salary or increment as you signed the bond you cant quite they take advantage of that

the owner and his manager is igoistic and take things personally

The scope to learn various domains is quite high. It's good for freshers where they get to train themselves for soft skills as well as technical skills. Here you get on job trainings as well.

Dislikes

For fresher bond is there but that is fine since you get lot of exposure to learn and experience.
