Except senior staff of Accounts, the junior staff and colleagues are quite abusive, often hurts emotions and quarrels, which makes the working atmosphere very hostile, the junior staff have no sense of professionalism in work, and often taunts in an abusive way and most importantly, no cooperation and help is there from the junior staff of Accounts team and IT team.
