Dislikes

Adp is just like a school Nobody has professionalism. Manager's act like teachers Too much work with very less salary and when we ask for hike they give us in peanuts. I prefer not to work there.

...re not at par with company standards. There is no comp structure based on level. Manager gets less salary then his/her reportee.

Apart from pay all is good in Adp. Compare to market Adp pays little less but when your working in such a great company no need to think of all these things.
