...RA's 3. Perks & benefits like medical and insurance coverage are very high. 4. Salary and business expenses always on time with no questions asked (management support in this area is great) 5. Cab facility for meetings - This company really cares for its employees in terms of their comfort. Stay is always in 4 or 5 star hotel for all the employees. 6. Overnight journeys - Air travel for all the employees In short- In terms of caring there is no better company than ADP in world, if needed ADP can actually arrange a PLANE for you & they have done it. You can google it.

1. Office politics 2. 4%-7% Annual Increments 3. V.Poor account management & Loose delivery teams 4. At times a Sr. Lady becomes so rude and unprofessional that you will feel deeply insulted. One of the reasons I am writing this review... But remember she is just an employee, & so she won't be a road block in long run. Conclusion: Despite few Odds, ADP remains a best place to work . NO COMPANY OR PERSON IS PERFECT!!! Cheers ......

Management making the organization as worst in India. All old heads in hierarchy. Uses old methodology. Heavy Internal Politics. Less pay, Manager eats of the amount that is left on an associate. No proper hikes. No shift allowance. Sr. Managers are the worst of the worst. There brain does not brain. They only use their subordinates to get suggestions. Even if we raise a dispute with Managers to HR. They still support Management through all sorts of possible ways. Transport is one of the flop. First of all infrastructure is the worst selection. They cant even fix lift issues. Its only for name same a beast ADP.

- Good company for freshers - Joining bonus and relocation bonus paid when asked - Free Transport with Routematic app - Medical insurance tie up with FHPL, United India Insurance. Either parents/In-laws are covered under policy with free of cost (Company paid) - Free health check up only for 35 age group and above. Covered spouse if 35 age group - Free food alternative Monday and Friday - Team lunch according to budject. Most probably half yearly once - Bonus is paid only if company reached highest profits - Shift allowance is paid according to shifts - Internet expense is refundable upto 1000 per month - You will be paid Rs.500 for your Birthday - You and your spouse offered for lunch/dinner in a restaurent on your marriage day

You have to courier all your original documents. - Variable pay is not even paid 50% as shown in offer - Hikes are less than 2% sometimes no hikes - During go-lives you have to extend and support 15 to 16 hours - Worst Casual leaves. You will be entitled with 12 CL's and can be used continuously for 2 days and not more than that. If falls on Monday/Friday then only one day
