Discrimination among different departments - doesn't consider staffs of shop floor as their staff. 5. Where every department of people are taken on tours, staff of shop floors are left behind. 6. Worst HR policy. People in here don't value your work, even when you work so hard for the company. They will pay higher salary to the new employee but won't give good appraisal for the old employees.

i have definitely worked in store dept as assistant w/o any documentation for six years. Though it was not my profile but i did my best whatever i could do. Anyway my services were never recognized and worst to worst i was not convidered for annual ineament for two years and at the last i had to leave on superannuation ground though there is no settled or any certified rules and regulation. MR SUDHIR JAIN IS THE ONLY ONE FROM THAT UNIT WHO CAN BE HELD ONLY RESPONSIBLE FOR MY UNFORTUNATE FATE. THOUGH HE KNOWS EVERYTHING ABOUT MY DETAILED PROFILE BUT HE NEVER DISCUSSED WITH THE TOP MANAGEMENT FOR MY RIGHTH JOB FOR RIGHT PROFILE.AS LONG AS PERSON LIKE SUVHIR JAIN IS IN THE CO NO ONE SHOULD THINK FOR ANYTHING POSSITIVE. MY QUALITIES WERE BLATANYLY IGNORED.

Automat industry in project department all workers doing hard work. They're doing work like family members. All facilities are Provide from the Boss'Anil Kaushal,. All members are happy do the work under the boss

I found that this place was overstaffed and there was no way a newcomer could get important roles in the finance department. There was lack of proper onboarding process and a newcomer felt like a fish out of water. I found that there was abnormally high pressure to behave in a certain way or you were ostracized. I found that there were no employee benefits like PF,ESIC or paid leaves. There's was lack of work-life balance as normal working hours were 10hrs and even then we were expected to sit late regularly.

I am working in this company since last 6 yrs and its treating me very well. Friendly culture with all support from your seniors and boss. Its a great company for a person who is oppurtunity seeker and technically strong in his or her skills.
