Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. Sometime, I have to work 12-16 hours straight in a day.

This company is press components for Tata motor car plant.good quality product..and new development part release.this company situated in Pune & total 5 branch in Pune & 2 company are other state like that Karnataka & Jharkhand.

Horrible company🖕👎.... They do salaries 1 month late n keep Sundays working everytime. Many times they put up a notice that Sunday will be working n on that particular week day it's a holiday, but when the holiday comes they say it's a working day tomorrow. This way they keep harassing all the employees. Even if we wish to ask for department change to learn something new, they don't listen n ignore. Please don't waste your time and energy at this horrible place.
