...d work environment and culture are supportive and the management is transparent.company policies are good,appraisals are fair and they hive good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues.salary is decent but career growth is slow.there is a bond of 2 year before which you cannot resign.on the job traning is not given to new joinees.

Autodesk offers great perks and work life balance . With flexible working hours , cab facility , meals , gym , Christmas holidays , RSU options makes it a great company to work for .

...the name of stocks. 40% of stocks will be gone in tax. Every benefit is taxable. So while negotiating ask for more stocks as they won’t negotiate fixed salary anyway.

Salary benefits and job security is good. You will get good stocks and medical benefits. Good Annual Incentive Programe.

Dislikes

No skills oriented work. you will have to work only in SQL with BI developer as Analytics Engineer. Team culture is very fake, you will have multiple calls in a single day and they will expect you to complete your work as soon as possible. Very hectic processes for any small deployment. And if you did any mistake unknowingly they will crush your confidence just like that. Also appraisal is not good.

It is taking employees from 3rd party company's and these employees are not fully experiencing the autodesk support and encouragement. They should have taken them as FT tooo
