- No proper management system - No Integrity, Lots of politics - No safe environment to work - No job security - Gangster attacks, political influence, threats from politicians and dons - Employees are treated with no values, respect etc - Ask to work anytime, no sunday off too, calls for meeting in the mid night - Pathetic management - No benefits - Not ready to change - Very adamant - Strict office timings - No flexibility - Very stringed

Need updation in working technique Still, using same methods when the company started Its too time consuming it will affect in the employees personal life also he wants to give his time from personal life to complete the work . If it happens we ask ourself for what we are doing this job?

Best company for a fresher. Here you will get pleanty of opportunity for knowledge and skill development. Work culture is really good. You will be exposed new tasks and challenges oftenly, helps in individual as well career development.

It can get a little overwhelming at times. The People and Culture team needs a more involved approach in shaping the company culture.
