...es are supportive and management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling company policies are good appraisals are not in such manner ,salary as not per our perform and bonus every year.

There is a lot politics and the management doesn't address our issue.Salary is not so decent and no career growth.There is a 1 month bond before which you cannot resign on the job training is not given to new joinees. CEO of company is not a good cheap. President of company is God person.

My current CTC is ₹7,80,660, which includes a ₹1,32,000 night shift allowance, and my monthly take-home pay is ₹72,133. I have received a new job offer with a CTC of ₹10,67,231, a monthly take-home pay of ₹83,333, and 192 restricted stock units (each valued at $60, vesting 25% after one year and quarterly thereafter). This new position is closer to my home and does not involve night shifts. The offer letter is attached. I have also requested a ₹95,000 monthly salary increase and am awaiting their response.
