Likes

The company is a tier 1 supplier to big companies like Maruti Suzuki, Honda, Volvo Eicher etc.and is a good learning base for fresher's as you get direct exposure to standard working procedure of OEM's.

Dislikes

The company culture is very bad, highly unprofessional of a tier 1 supplier. The management and administration is reluctant and have more focus on profits and pretty less on work culture, employee performance or quality. You don't get appreciated for the work you do which brings down the morale of many. The management is often reluctant to invest in necessary upgrades.
