AuthBridge is a perfect example for work-life balance and positivity. It's been a 3 years long association with this company and I have never had a single dull day here. Work is always exciting and fun. Management is easily reachable and helpful when needed.

...they do is internal politics 3. One of the chindi companies I have known so far. The company is so chindi that they don't even pay the right amount of full & final & you have to chase them with proofs 4. The entire team is a bunch of clown running a grocery shop 5. The worst ever management I have in my entire career

...hey will ask you for VC to cross check. 7.Account and HR function are terrible. They mess up with your FNF, hikes, bonus, salary. 8. Ther are people who is in senior management - the VPs, AVPs who are just good for nothing. it is like a power concentration. you cannot raise your voice against them otherwise you will be thrown out immediately. They will travel mindlessly every alternate month or sometime every month for sake of client meetings in different locations but all they do is visiting eateries, salons etc. They are just burning company's cash and treat these visits as their mini vacay. 9.Technologically outdated, they do not support any new tech. 10.Questionable infrastructure- heard from peers that one of the office spaces is like a haunted house. no fans, no ac, no lights, no proper drinking water too. 11. Favoritism or biasness at its best,

...ve a forceful resignation so that they would not come under government scrutiny. Further they would not release complete amount of FNF on time, they cut down the variable amount percentage to more than 60% and pay only 30 to 40%. There is no hr policy nor hr has any authority to take decision on their own. HR department is playing a dummy role. They would not listen to employee. Employees are working 10 to 12hrs shift on regular basis without any extra pay, sometimes ask to work on weekend. Establishment of 19 yrs, company still does not have any stable process and hierarchy, very frequently change the process and could not let stable the process , also, the transfer of employee to inter-department are so frequent that employees get in-stable in his/her domain. In this company product employee move to operation or CRM or vice versa without employee consent. One day suddenly you will get the information of movement without your consent and you do not have a right to oppose the decision. Company doesn’t care of employees specialisation or future. If you will got a good opportunity, company would not give you an early release, HR is pathetic, they will ask to get HOD approval and would not help you out. No HR policy implement here without management consent. Working culture is very toxic, management will pressurise and will mentally torture you to complete task.
