Boss nature 🤝 no doubt I am working in another department but I never felt I am from Accounts team when there is any program, skill development program or anything which relates to get together. Boss treat all as same there is no any inequalities, while there is anyone as 12k base or 1.2L. base.

bad politics to target anyone. They make there union and target that employer to quit his/her job by himself/herself. After that Management says employer himself/herself left we are not part of his quitness.
