Retention offer

Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too

Likes

Good work environment. Teammates are supportive and the management is poor. Company policies are not good , appraisals are averagable and no any type of bonus.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Levaes policy is very poor. Career growth is slow. There is a bond for freshers as well as experience candidate. HR response and communication with employees very very poor.

No new technologies . No fun nothing Boring envoriment. P Owner is the most fake person. Will tap your back to make you happy. And a lover of only mobile developers Mobile developers are worst here. real hardworker in this office are web developer .net developer who make whole cms and apis for mobile developer and mobile developer just display data from api thats it. and Salary more is given to mobile developer only not to web developers
