Likes

Good work environment. Teammates are supportive and the management is poor. Company policies are not good , appraisals are averagable and no any type of bonus.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Levaes policy is very poor. Career growth is slow. There is a bond for freshers as well as experience candidate. HR response and communication with employees very very poor.

And a lover of only mobile developers Mobile developers are worst here. real hardworker in this office are web developer .net developer who make whole cms and apis for mobile developer and mobile developer just display data from api thats it. and Salary more is given to mobile developer only not to web developers
