I learnt a lot from seniors/mentors. I had been working in good projects. Good work life balance. Company offered higher education for me. I really thankful to the management.

I'm working at client location.,auropro team will not communicate with the employees, Increment salary is very bad and worst.They never discuss about policies applying to staff like cl,sl like that.

Company is growing at a fast pace, hence lots of new opportunities coming up. Management is always open to have a communication with any of its employee regarding any of the topics. Flexible work hours, where productivity is prioritized than strict working hours.

Dislikes

No company is perfect and hence in growing stage there are still few things evolving like office infrastructure, adding new and advance office equipment.

Work timings are good, Number of Good Clients and requirements, Timely Onboardings, Good Feedback from Candidates, Timely salary disbursal for contract employees onboarded by us. Good softwares used. Good refreshments daily, peaceful office environment.
