There are no pros in this company. If you join in this company as a SAP developer, you will regret for sure.

...No proper management, people having zero SAP knowledge are managing people. 2. More work , less salary. Sometimes you have to work on 2-3 modules in which you are completely new to it. 3. Work environment will be like a School. 4. Don’t even dare to join in this company, you will regret for sure. Management will issue PIP for employees with in their probation period and makes you to leave the company. 5. One consultant needs to manage all the companies of AUROBINDO REALTY AND INFRASTRUCTURE PVT LTD. Work will be very hectic. Officially work timings are 9:30 to 6:30, but you will leave office at 8:30.

...company and The way they train their employs with learning and development team. Salary hikes are also appreciable compared to the competitive companies.

Total working environment replls the L&T style of management and u found most of the from there only. Employees who came from other companies will take time to settle and prove themselves.

1.No proper vision to complete the project. 2.Laging in Skilled working staff. 3.Appraisals are not upto the mark and is not based on performance. Rather its based on person. 4.Site level management is like monarchy

L &T biased is the worest in the company, Recruiting L&T employees with high pay will not make company successful. Maintaining own standards and work culture will make successful in long run.
