As per my experience with APL, it provide good salary and maintained standard at work area. Specially during corona wave, company provide free vaccination and special allowances. i would like to work in APL if i got an opportunity. But skill development/ learning programs not conducting manufacturing site due to work load. Alart from that APL is good platform for pharma employees. I love APL.

Over time and workload ,no celebrations for any occasions especially for quality control department, Unexpected shift changes and week off changes ( where we cannot plan our own suddenly)after arriving at office also..third class canteen food and management..No seats available in company buses from crowded busstops means no control on that, irrespective behaviours of old HR 's
